TELENET nosaka Elektronisko sakaru t\u012bkla Piesl\u0113guma punktu, ja TELENET ar Klientu nav nosl\u0113gusi l\u012bgumu par Elektronisk\u0101 sakaru t\u012bkla pieder\u012bbas un apkalpo\u0161anas robe\u017eu vai par publisk\u0101 Elektronisko sakaru t\u012bkla piesl\u0113guma punktu nav paredz\u0113ti speci\u0101li noteikumi Pakalpojuma Specifik\u0101cij\u0101.<\/p>\n<p>1.6. (desmitajam) datumam, nos\u016btot to uz Klienta kontaktinform\u0101cij\u0101 nor\u0101d\u012bto elektronisk\u0101 pasta adresi. R\u0113\u0137inu par Pakalpojumiem TELENET var sagatavot elektroniski bez paraksta.<\/p>\n<p>9.2.2. Fizisk\u0101m person\u0101m: Klients veic maks\u0101jumus par teko\u0161o kalend\u0101ro m\u0113nesi saska\u0146\u0101 ar TELENET r\u0113\u0137iniem, kas ir apmaks\u0101jami l\u012bdz attiec\u012bg\u0101 kalend\u0101r\u0101 m\u0113ne\u0161a 20. Samaksa par Pakalpojumu ier\u012bko\u0161anu, p\u0101rre\u0123istr\u0101ciju un p\u0101rvieto\u0161anu, k\u0101 ar\u012b cit\u0101m vienreiz\u0113j\u0101m izmaks\u0101m tiek iek\u013cauta pirmaj\u0101 r\u0113\u0137in\u0101 p\u0113c Pakalpojumu ier\u012bko\u0161anas, p\u0101rre\u0123istr\u0101cijas un p\u0101rvieto\u0161anas pabeig\u0161anas.<\/p>\n<p>9.4. Maksu par Pakalpojumiem un TELENET ier\u012bc\u0113m Klients s\u0101k maks\u0101t no dienas, kad pabeigta Pakalpojuma ier\u012bko\u0161ana, p\u0101rre\u0123istr\u0101cija vai p\u0101rvieto\u0161ana, kas tiek fiks\u0113ta ar abpus\u0113ji parakst\u012btu Pie\u0146em\u0161anas aktu, iz\u0146emot gad\u012bjumus, ja Specifik\u0101cij\u0101 vai L\u012bgum\u0101 paredz\u0113ts sav\u0101d\u0101k. Par laik\u0101 neveiktiem maks\u0101jumiem Klientam var tikt apr\u0113\u0137in\u0101ti nokav\u0113juma procenti 0,5% (nulle komats pieci procenti) apm\u0113r\u0101 no par\u0101da summas par katru nokav\u0113juma dienu.
